San Benito, Texas:  Five pod addition to an existing Juvenile Detention Center. MEP construction administration, design of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, lighting controls, HVAC controls, low voltage systems for data and communications, smoke evacuation controls, emergency generation system, fire detection and alarms and the specification of high abuse grade equipment.

PSJA HIGH SCHOOL *

Pharr, Texas:  New 352,000sf facility with two gyms, sports fields such as soccer, baseball, softball and tennis. The campus also includes a large assembly room used by the school board and utilized CCTV and sound/communications system. Design of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, lighting controls, low voltage systems for data and communications, emergency generation system, fire detection and alarms.

SPOHN-KLEBERG HOSPITAL *

Corpus Christi, Texas:  Renovation of patient wings, skilled nursing wing and the isolation rooms. Lighting systems upgrade, replacement of hospital grade devices, nurse call system replacement and testing of existing low voltage systems for compliance.

MENTAL HEALTH MENTAL RETARDATION *

Harlingen, Texas:  Renovation of patient wings MHMR consisting of the lighting systems,  electrical devices, electrical power to HVAC system and upgrading all low voltage systems.

SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CHARTER SCHOOL

30,000sf Renovation/Conversion. Building was converted from a furniture store to science and technology charter school, catering to high school students.
